Do I Need to Enroll?
You only need to enroll if you’re:
- Making changes to your medical or dental benefit plans, or
- Currently enrolled in the PHS Premier medical plan (or Aetna Core if you’re outside of the PHS service area).

When you’re ready to enroll, click on the enrollment link in your guide or here www.myspiritbenefits.mercerhrs.com,
and enter your Social Security number and PIN. You can access your enrollment information, and enroll for your benefits from
your home computer, work computer or by calling the Benefits Center at 1-877-459-3345.

Confirmation Statements
All IAM represented employees will receive a confirmation statement mailed to their home address on record after the Special Enrollment period. Employees have 15 days from the date of the confirmation statement to make any corrections by calling the Benefits Center at
1-877-459-3345.
